用途：适用于巧克力需要加热恒温、持续搅拌性，方便客户做巧克力模型，出光泽闪亮的巧克力块。
原理：通过转盘搅拌，底部加热恒温，温度保持精准1度以内。
配置：采用变频电机速度可调并配用变频器，不锈钢板材厚度1.5mm，日本和泉IDAE按钮开关，日本OMRON继电器，台湾台达液晶温控表，台湾连鸿测温探头 PT100 精度1度以内。
Usage: Suitable for chocolate that requires constant heating temperature and continuous stirring, making it convenient for customers to make chocolate models and produce shiny chocolate blocks.
Principle: Stir through a rotary table, heat the bottom at a constant temperature, and maintain the temperature accurately within 1 degree.
Configuration: Adopting a variable frequency motor with adjustable speed and equipped with a frequency converter, the stainless steel plate thickness is 1.5mm, Japan's Waquan IDAE button switch, Japan's OMRON relay, Taiwan's Delta LCD temperature controller, and Taiwan's Lianhong temperature probe PT100 with an accuracy of less than 1 degree.
